We found some of the best Cabernet Sauvignon in Napa Valley. Lets just say that this fruit is impossible to get and for good reason, it makes absolutely great wine! Blending from the heart of Saint Helena and high on Spring Mountain we were able to create our best wine to date. Amazing find from the much sought after Howell Mountain Appellation, this wine added just the right notes to really create a wine to remember. Mixed in a little of Spring Mountain juice we found “Hidden” away down a dirt road . WOW! This deep dark garnet wine delivers so much. Blackberry, cinnamon and clove are carried aloft with notes of cedar and dried plums. The taste of chocolate and sweet berry jam are complicated by tastes of BBQ brisket leaving you wanting more. This wine is absolutely delicious! We were very lucky to get enough of these amazing juices to produce 362 cases.The carpenters found some new wood so, this treasure chest was built with 90% new French oak! 250 cases
